Clinical Medical Assistant Training – Hybrid Option
Medical Assistant is an allied health occupation that performs administrative and clinical tasks to support the work of physicians and other health professionals.
This course includes:
|Sterile procedures||Minor Procedures||Patient Vitals|
|Patient charting||EMR||Collecting specimens|
Students will be eligible to take the Phlebotomy national exam in addition to the Medical Assistant national exam.
Our program offers certification through the National Healthcareer Association, which certifies Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMA) nationally, providing more job opportunities, an increase pay scale, job security, and increased subject matter expertise.
Requirements: Students must be 18 years of age at the time of course completion, and must have a High School Diploma or GED to register for this course.
Class Schedule: Our Medical Assistant program is a fast track, 15-week program. Class is held twice per week.
One class each week is provided online and may be completed at your convenience during that week.
The second, in-person, class is provided on campus once each week. No online option is available for this second class.
Tuition: $1900 (Payment Plan accepted)
Tuition includes all materials, books, and supplies. Exam costs are NOT included in the tuition.
The Medical Assistant national exam is fee is $155.
The Phlebotomy Technician national is $115
Both of these fees are paid directly to NHA at the end of the course.
Note: All students must be present on the first day of class for orientation. At this time, you will receive instruction on how to access your online material for each week.
Hybrid-Option Payment Plan:
$200 due at registration
$850 due on the first day of class
$850 due on the fourth week of class
